We are Jen and Paul pictured with our oldest daughter Roxy.  Roxy is now 5 and you may see her along with her sister Zelda in the store from time to time.  When we aren't in the store we are taking the girls to the park, riding our bicycles, golfing, snowmobiling, bowling or playing softball.  We enjoy the beautiful outdoors during all of Wisconsin's four seasons.  If you have been to our store, thank you, we sincerely hope that your experience was comfortable and educational.  If you haven't been in to visit yet, we are looking forward to meeting you and providing you with the best possible service. 

I'm John Curtis.  I have been in the cigar industry for 10 years and have been working full-time at Metro Cigars for over 2 years.  I am a lighter junky with over 50 in my collection.  My favorite cigar is the Padron 1964 Principe Maduro.  While not working, I enjoy riding my Harley, golf, camping, watching Nascar and football.  My favorite place to be is on my deck enjoying a cigar and a cocktail with Elvis playing in the background.

My name is Yvonne and I'm proud to be Jennifer's Mom.  You'll see me at Metro most Monday and Thursday mornings and I also enjoy cooking up a few snacks and desserts for our special events.  There aren't many sports I don't like and there is always a novel on the night stand.  I hope to make you smile or laugh out loud while you visit Metro Cigars.

I’m a lifelong Wisconsin resident with the occasional trip to Arizona.  I like to compare shops to Metro Cigars everywhere I go.  I feel pretty privileged to have this level of store so close to home. I really enjoy the opportunity to help out Jen and Paul when they need me. We have a great group of customers.   I’ve been smoking cigars for over 15 years.  I find it amazing how my tastes have changed from the days of  “only a Macanudo will do”.  My old stand-by is a scotch and a Rocky Patel Edge Corojo, but with a humidor this big, you must explore.  Another product I enjoy is the General Swedish Snus.  It allows me a little tobacco pleasure without running afoul of the law.  

As you can see, like Jen & Paul we are a couple divided. If you stop in on Wednesday nights you’ll find us hanging out! Jeff has been a pipe and cigar smoker for over 30 years. We had just built a house in Hubertus and Jeff was thrilled to walk into Metro when they first opened and found a great cigar place in the area. Who knew we’d find the owners to be our neighbors only 5 houses down! Our kids are grown up and between marriage and births we now have 4 grandchildren. The only “child” left at home is Remy, a rescue dog that we recently adopted. We’re always on the go as we travel a lot and enjoy all kinds of activities like cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, fishing, boating, visiting microbreweries, attending festivals and playing with our grandchildren. When we have some downtime, you’ll find us playing Frank Sinatra and drinking martinis. Hope you stop in and meet us some Wednesday as we always enjoy meeting new friends through Metro Cigars.
